MyACC is temporarily offline

MyACC is offline while we investigate apparent fraudulent activity on some MyACC accounts. More information is available:

We have contacted clients whose MyACC accounts were identified as potentially being involved. There is no evidence that ACC’s cyber security has been compromised. We will bring the MyACC service back online when our investigation is complete. We apologise for the inconvenience.

To get the support you need now, please claim for the services below, using the following forms:

• Travel expenses reimbursement
• Prescription reimbursement
• My weekly earnings information
